Evansville Man Accused of Sexual Misconduct With Minor

An Evansville man is facing sex charges after being accused of misconduct with a minor.

The now 15-year-old alleged victim says, 32-year-old Craig Hamilton fondled and performed a sex act on her last summer.

According to police records, the girl says she went to a movie with Hamilton and his wife, after which, the three went back to Hamilton's home.  The girl says after Hamilton's wife went to bed, he pulled her onto him and started kissing her, and began to perform a sex act on her.

During questioning, Hamilton told police that he stopped because he knew it was wrong.

Hamilton is now charged with three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
