Evansville Man Accused of Breaking Into Dog Pen

An Evansville man is arrested for allegedly breaking into a dog pen.

Evansville police say Noble Gray II was found half naked inside a dog pen at a home on First street.

Police told the dog's owner, Former Vanderburgh County Commissioner, Cheryl Musgrave, that Gray was trying to get her dog to lick his backside.

Police say Gray had been drinking and is facing trespassing and public intoxication charges.
