Update - Man Killed in Accident at Kentucky Church

The Daviess County Coroner says 70 yr. old James Turner was the man crushed by a wall of dirt Thursday afternoon. He was working in a hole in back of Macedonia Baptist Church trying to fix a drainage pipe. Investigators sat Turner was in a 8 ft. hole and JP Rusher was beside the hole next to the backhoe. Without warning a wall of the hole collapsed onto Turner, crushing his chest cavity and lungs. As of right now, the body hasnt been freed from the ground. Officials say it could still be another few hours. Once the body is out, the coroner will perform an autopsy.
