An overnight police pursuit ends in a dead end for one Evansville man.  Evansville Police say an officer spotted a driver headed southbound on Governor breezing through a red light at Bellemeade Avenue.  When the officer tried to stop him, the suspect fled down Washington and onto Kentucky.  Officers say they put down stop sticks on Covert, but the man drove around them, turning into an apartment complex and nearly hitting an officer's vehicle.  Police finally cornered the suspect in a dead end on Elmendorf.  The driver, Kornelius Harris was arrested for resisting law enforcement and driving while intoxicated.
