HENDERSON - Ruth London, the democratic incumbent candidate for Henderson County Circuit Court has declared victory in Tuesday's primary election against democratic challenger Larry Leslie.

During a victory party at a Henderson hotel, London thanked her campaign workers, family and friends.

London told the group this was not her accomplishment, but proof that God isn't done with her yet.

It appears to be the end of the London campaign at this point because no republicans have declared to run for the job at the Judicial Center.

As predicted, very low voter turn out state-wide Tuesday. London says while she's grateful for those who did vote, she had hoped more would turn out.
