Local Golf Pro Playing in PGA Event

The Head Golf Pro at Newburgh's Victoria National Golf Club is getting a chance to play in a PGA event.
David von Hoffmann has been given a full exemption to participate in the 2012 United Leasing Championship, which will be held at Victoria National later this month.
"I am thrilled and honored to have an opportunity to represent Victoria National and the membership by participating in the United Leasing Championship", David said.
Since turning pro in 1996, the Texas native has played in two national events.
The United Leasing Championship The tournament runs from June 25th through July 1st. For ticket information, click here.
