A Knox County man is airlifted to an Evansville hospital, after crashing his motorcycle.  Indiana State Police say a trooper caught David Davis of Bruceville speeding northbound on US 41 near Stokley Road just after 5:00 p.m. Saturday.  They say as the officer tried to catch up with him, Davis lost control of the motorcycle, and crashed near Rehwald Road.  Davis was airlifted to Deaconess Hospital with life-threatening injuries, and police say alcohol was a factor in the accident.  They say Davis was not wearing a helmet.
