Randy Travis Arrested in Texas

Banged up, naked and drunk. That's how police in Texas say they found
country music superstar Randy Travis late Tuesday night, after the
singer reportedly crashed his car.
Entertainment website, TMZ, cites the Grayson County, Texas Sheriff's Office as saying Travis slammed his car into several barricades in a construction zone.
But Travis' troubles don't stop there. Citing a report from deputies, TMZ says although he was initially charged with DWI, the charges were upgraded to a felony, after he reportedly threatened to "shoot and kill" officers as they were driving him to jail.
In his mug shot, Travis is sporting several cuts and a black eye...apparent injuries from the crash.
There are conflicting reports about whether Travis remains behind bars. TMZ reports the singer posted a $21,000 bond, but other reports indicate he was being held without bond.
This is Travis' second arrest this year. In February, he was picked up on charges of public intoxication.
