UPDATE: Twin Bridges Lane Restrictions

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet just issued the following release.
The joint walk-through inspection on the SOUTHBOUND bridge is complete. No additional SOUTHBOUND lane restrictions are planned today.
NORTHBOUND lane restrictions for the ongoing detailed inspection are expected to remain up until about 3:00 p.m., today.
On SATURDAY, motorists can expect to encounter lane restrictions on the NORTHBOUND bridge from about 6:30 a.m. to about NOON.
On SUNDAY, Motorists can expect to encounter NORTHBOUND lane restrictions from about 8:00 a.m., CDT, to about 5:00 p.m.
On Monday, motorists can expect to encounter northbound lane restrictions from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
All traffic will move to the left-hand or passing lane in this work zone.
Northbound motorists should be prepared to merge starting at about the Audubon Park Entrance and be fully moved to the left-hand lane by the time they reach the end of the bridge.
Motorists can do their part by practicing patience and courtesy as they approach this work zone.
This work zone is to allow a detailed inspection of the northbound bridge and a joint walk-through inspection on the southbound bridge.
