2nd Voice Session Held in Evansville

    People from all ages came out Monday night for the Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke's 2nd voice session.
The session is for residents to voice any concerns or ideas for the city.
During the session at Helfrich Middle School people were told to draw their visions.
