Election Day is just more than a week away and the race for Indiana's second US Senate seat is one of the hottest in the country. Republican Richard Mourdock's lead in many polls has evaporated into a tie with Democrat Joe Donnelly.
Mourdock's comments regarding rape and abortion during last week's Senate debate sparked outrage across the country, leading many high ranking Republicans scrambling to distance themselves from the comments.
But a group of Tri-Staters are calling to a higher power to step in and help the Mourdock campaign.
"We're interceding," says Mourdock supporter Charlene Braker. "We believe God can do anything and he can come down and intercede in the affairs of men, and we believe he will if we ask him."
