Owensboro Woman Facing Marijuana Growing Charges

Authorities in Owensboro say they've come across a marijuana growing operation in a woman's bedroom.
Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies say witnesses in the 73-hundred block of Lamplite Circle reported seeing a neighbor putting marijuana plants in her vehicle.
Deputies and Kentucky State Police Troopers searched Sally Kelm's mobile home, and say they found marijuana growing in the bedroom, along with several mason jars of high-grade marijuana.
Deputies say Kelm started moving the marijuana to her car for fear of getting caught.
She is being held in the daviess county detention center.
