Sandy will send some clouds & strong gusty winds to the Tri-State over the next 24 hours as temperatures remain below average for the rest of the week.

OVERNIGHT:  Increasing High Clouds from the East-Northeast.  Windy & Cold with a Low in the Mid 30s.  Sunrise 7:14

TUESDAY:  Mix of Sun & Clouds (More Clouds East of US 41).  Very Windy & Chilly with a High in the Mid 50s.  Winds WNW 20-40.

TUE NIGHT:  Clearing Skies with Diminishing Winds.  A Cold Low of 30-35.

WEDNESDAY:  Mostly Sunny.  Windy & Chilly with a High of 50-55.  Winds NW/W 15-25.
