New information Tuesday on a 13 year old Ohio County murder case.
Greenville Police charged a third person, 38 year old Bobby Napier.
He is facing murder and arson charges in connection to the death of 4-year-old Autumn Michelle Raymond.
In October police arrested the girl's mother, 47-year-old Virginia Whitfield of Greenville and a family acquaintance, 52-year-old Tony Lear of Owensboro.
They are also facing murder and arson charges.
Police say the charges come after new evidence was discovered.
The 4 year old died four days after a fire at her Ohio County home in which two of her siblings were injured.
