We just celebrated Halloween, but it's already starting to look like Christmas.  Hundreds of volunteers got an early start setting up Ritzy's Fantasy of Lights Saturday morning at Garvin Park in Evansville.  Volunteers from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the Teamsters, and the National Electrical Contractors Association installed around 60 light displays.  The 19th annual event opens on Thanksgiving.  New this year, an animated hummingbird display, and you can enjoy all the lights up close.  On Monday, December 3rd, the event will be walk-through only.  All the fun benefits the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center.
