A 53 year old Evansville man is accused of stealing vehicle airbags and trying to sell them online.
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office says Douglas Hunsaker took several airbags from vehicles at two salvage yards.
During an investigation they found Hunsaker advertising airbags for sale online that matched those that were stolen.
During a search of his home deputies found a large quantity of airbags.

Alright, so this is my father. I don't like the fact that this has all already passed, he's already been to court for this, hasn't been charged with anything, and this is just now making the news. This isn't even important news, why put it on there? I mean seriously. And during a search of OUR home, they found ONE airbag. They did not find a large quantity. So that's a lie. Considering my dad has already been to court, this is really embarrasing for him to have this put all over the news.
