911 Call Restrictions in Kentucky Likely

Calls to 911 dispatchers may no longer be considered public record in Kentucky. The state senate voted 27-to-9 for the action. The plan now moves to the house. If the bill becomes law people would still be able to go to 911 centers to listen to emergency phone calls but TV and radio stations would not be allowed to record them and play them back on the air.
