Second Death in Ohio County Crash

A second person has died following a crash in Ohio County, Kentucky.

21-year-old Jerry Goodman, Jr., died at Deaconess hospital.  His girlfriend, 18-year old Melissa Berkley died over the weekend.

Thursday night, police found the couple's car upside down in a pond on State Road 878.  Berkley's father Tony is accused of causing the crash.  Before the crash, Melissa called 911, saying her father was chasing the car she was in.

Tony Berkley, Sr. was arraigned in court on Monday, and his case is expected to go to a grand jury on Tuesday.
