AZ: Trio Charged with Child Endangerment

A party at Motel Six in Phoenix ends with a call to police. Dominic San Miguel was seen next to cop cars shortly after reporting his 3 year old son missing on Thanksgiving.
The 23-year-old father told police he checked into the hotel with his two small children. He then partied with these two women, Candace Clark and Sophia Deltoro, who he told police he met at the hotel. San Miguel said the women were drinking and using drugs and when he woke up his kid and chevy pick-up truck were gone.
Police later found the truck and arrested Candace Clark for kidnapping and theft. Her friend, Deltoro was also taken to jail on drug charges. A third woman called police after seeing Stephon's picture on the news.
Police say Clark dropped Stephon off at this home earlier in the day. Neighbors say she watches a lot of children at her house. Stephon was found ok.

first off....who exposes their kids to alcohol and drugs. secondly. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND INVITES STRANGERS IN TO THE ROOM WITH THEIR CHILDREN THEN GOES TO SLEEP!!!! i think the father is just as much to blame here
