Owensboro Catholic Junior Quarterback Houston Hartz is our Home Team Friday MVP of the Year after leading the Aces to a record of 11-1.  Hartz won the award by 41 votes after more than six-thousand votes were tallied via text message.  Hartz accounted for 32 touchdowns and over 2700 yards this season.  He will receive an award from Tri-State Trophies.
Also, after the new year, Eyewitness Sports will visit each of the thirteen schools that produced a weekly winner of the Home Team Friday MVP Award.  Each one of those stories will be produced and posted on tristatehomepage.com.
