Eyewitness News was on the scene of an accident on Highway 41 this afternoon. A semi rolled over near I-164 around 1 p.m. No one was hurt, but it caused quite a headache for drivers heading south.

Police say the semi ended up on its side as it was getting onto HWY 41. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. But firefighters were concerned about what was inside the truck, especially since no one could find the manifest showing what the truck was carrying.

"We want to check to see what kind of cargo the driver's carrying," said Captain Scott Maddox of the Evansville Fire Department. "We haven't ascertained what he's carrying at this point in time. So, we're hoping it's not anything hazardous. We'll check his manifest and see what we can come up."

Maddox also says they're not sure how much of a factor speed or driving conditions were in the accident.
