Fire Destroys House in Evansville

Evansville firefighters are investigating a fire at a vacant house in the 700 block of Iowa Street near Linwood Avenue. Neighbors reported seeing smoke coming from the house around 5:00 p.m. Friday.
No word yet what may have started the fire, crews on scene tell Eyewitness News this same home caught fire about a month ago.
Investigators are looking into the fire as a possible arson.
No one was hurt.
