Children's Museum of Evansville Celebrates "Happy Noon Year"

At the Children's Museum of Evansville, a big crowd gathered to watch Millie the Dinosaur mascot drop the "Happy Noon Year" ball, followed by a balloon drop. For parents with small children, this is a great way for kids to get in on the action before their bedtime.
"Kids get into holidays too, they like to celebrate just like anybody, and staying up until midnight isn't exactly friendly for 4 year olds and the people having to deal with them the next day. So we like the idea of making this a family friendly, kid friendly event," Abigail Adler, Children's Museum of Evansville Marketing and Development Coordinator explains.
This is the sixth year C.M.O.E has celebrated "Happy Noon Year." The event also featured a magician, a dance party, games, and crafts.
