No Holiday for First Responders

First responders fall into that category. Policemen, ambulance workers, and firemen are all hard at work today.
The firefighters at Henderson Fire Station #4 say they're very close because they basically live together at times, and that closeness helps them get through the holidays. "It is like a family. When I leave home I leave my wife and daughter at home and then I come to my second family. When we spend 24 hours together, that's a long time to spend together, so we do have a common bond that a lot of jobs just don't have," Scott foreman explains. Foreman says they treat today as just another day.
