The price of a 30-second spot has hit a record high of at least four-million dollars.
A spokesman for CBS, which is broadcasting the big game at the Superdome in New Orleans, says in some cases, advertisers will pay more than that.
This year's price tag beats last year's record, when NBC sports charged an average of three-and-a-half million dollars per 30-second ad.
Pepsico, Audi, Go-Daddy, Hyundai and Skechers say they've bought time during this year's game, which is set for February 3rd.
