Several residents in Warrick County had to be evacuated after authorities find two meth labs inside a Newburgh apartment. Deputies say Donald Villines and Kassandra Fulcher lived at the apartment in Franklin Place. They along with two others, Derrick Davis and Kara Frankenberger, are all facing meth-related charges. Officers say they had to evacuate everyone in the complex until they could remove both of the one pot meth labs.
