A South Central Kentucky teen has pleaded not guilty to try to kill his friend's parents.
Police say 18-year-old Paul Scott Young entered the plea Friday in Pulaski District Court. The charges stem from a stabbing early Wednesday morning.
Police say the homeowner suffered stab wounds, but he was still able to overpower the man who allegedly attacked him and hold him until officers arrived.
Police say the homeowner's 17-year-old son had asked Young to kill his parents.
Police didn't name the juvenile, but said he is charged with criminal solicitation to murder.
Police are still searching for a motive.
