President Barack Obama officially faces hundreds of thousands of people in Washington today as he begins his second term. A Tri-State native has played a prominent role in more than one presidential inauguration. Earlier today, Eyewitness News sat down with former U.S. Senator Wendell Ford of Ownensboro, who was on the inauguration committee for several presidents dating back to Jimmy Carter.
