The people have voted, and Brad Perkins has been deemed one of the ECHL's most rabid fans.  ECHL fans from around the country submitted videos of themselves to their hometown teams, and each team sent ECHL officials the video of who they thought was their #1 fan.
Perkins submitted a video of himself at an Icemen game, and he was deemed the most enthusiastic fan.  Perkins won two tickets to the All-Star game in Loveland, CO, as well as the Skill Challenge the day before.
All-Star festivities kick off January 22nd, with the game being held at the Budweiser Events Center, home of the Colorado Eagles.
