Western Kentucky Neighbors Say Be Careful on Slick Side Roads

The wintry mix can also be seen throughout much of the Bluegrass State as well. Icy and slippery roads mainly the side ones now, and off Scherm Road in Owensboro, neighbors say the roads were a sheet of ice. Neighbors say there's still alot of slick spots and that's where the trouble lies, because many drivers don't see the ice. Sheryl Tuttle is here visiting from Alabama and calls these roads tricky. Tuttle says give yourself extra distance and it never hurts to tell someone to be careful too many times.
