Lisa Ling Talks to Local 7 Lifestyles About New Season of "Our America" on OWN

As a former field correspondent for "The Oprah Winfrey Show," host of National Geographic's "Explorer" and contributor to ABC News' "Nightline," Lisa Ling has reported about many shocking and often ignored issues around the globe; from dozens of countries including the Congo, India and Uganda.
"Our America with Lisa Ling" offers an in-depth examination of life in America and its complex subcultures. This season, Ling will focus on topics such as the childhood obesity crisis in the United States (for the first time, our youngest generation is expected to live shorter lives than their parents) and our nation's growing senior population (Ling will explore the world of seniors who aren't letting age stop them from living).
It airs on OWN at 10:00 p.m. (ET).
