The company's Share the Warmth program gives money to the Indiana community action agencies, which allocate money for lower-income residents' homes to be weatherized.
The utility accepts donations for the program, and this winter, Vectren will match 100 percent of all donations, up to 200-thousand dollars.
Share the Warmth has weatherized more than 170 homes since it started in 2007.
