Indiana State Police say Marcus Osborne, 27, was arrested and charged with DWI after his car collided with a truck driven by Bill Sempsrote, 67, of Robinson, Illinois. It happened around 10:35 PM Saturday on Highway 41 at Toyota. Troopers say Osborne was headed north when his Chrysler 300 collided with Sempsrote's utility truck. Janet Sempsrote, 57, was a passenger in the truck. Janet was ejected from the truck while Bill was trapped inside. The Sempsrotes were air-lifted to St. Mary's for head injuries. Highway 41 was closed for about two hours while crews were on scene.
Troopers say Osborne had a blood alcohol content of .15. He's being held in the Gibson County Jail without bond.
