Influenza continues to show widespread activity in Indiana. The Indiana State Department of Health reports 56 Hoosiers have now died as a result of flu-like illnesses. Four of those were younger than 18 years old. Health officials say we still have a few months left in the flu season and continue to recommend everyone six months or older to get the flu vaccine.
