Shively Begins Vanderburgh County Superior Court Judge Duties Next Month

Evansville's new judge officially starts work March 1st. Les Shively will officially take the bench with a swearing in ceremony at noon in the Old Courthouse. Shively is appointed to the job by Governor Mitch Daniels to fill a vacant seat in the superior court. Judge David Kiely left the seat at the begining of the year for a bench on the circuit court.
