Civil Rights Rally in Frankfort Wednesday

Statewide anti-discrimination fairness laws have been filed in both the Kentucky House and Senate for consideration in this session.
And today, advocates are descending on Frankfort, pushing that initiative. They say each bill would amend the state's civil rights act and protect lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders in Kentucky, from being discriminated against based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
The rally is set for 1:30p.m. in the capitol.
