The Castle Knights rolled up 78 points in a 26-point victory over the visiting Mt. Vernon Wildcats.  Senior Night in Paradise looked like it was going to be a test in the early running, Mt. Vernon kept pace throughout the first half, but the Knights poured it on in the second half, winning 78-52 as Bryson Jenkins led all scorers with 19 points.  Blake Simmons had 18 for the Knights.
This was Castle's last game before sectional play begins.  The Knights play Central in round one on Feb. 26.
Mt. Vernon will await the winner of Boonville vs. Gibson Southern for its first sectional game on March 1.
