KY's New Democrat Party Leader from Owensboro

The Democratic Party in Kentucky has a new leader and hes from Owensboro. His name is Charlie Moore. His goals include using technology to keep all Kentucky counties actively involved. He also says hell make it a priority to spend real time in each region. The job is particularly rewarding because he says he has so much respect for Governor Steve Beshear. There arent any elections in Kentucky this year. Moore says its the perfect opportunity for the party to address the tough issues facing the state.
