Henderson Police Accepting Applications

Just starting out in the workforce, or perhaps looking for a career change?  Then the Henderson Police Department may have something for you.

The department is looking for new officers, and will be accepting applications until March 8th.

Anyone interested may pick up an application from Human Resources, or download it by visiting our news links page.

In addition, there will be two informational sessions which applicants are invited to attend as a way to learn more about the department.  The first session will be held on March 4th at the Henderson Police Department.  The second will be March 5th at the John F. Kennedy Center on Alvasia Street in Henderson.  The start time for both informational sessions is 6:00p.m.

Applicants must also take a written exam, which will be given on Saturday, March 16th.  In order to be eligible to take the exam, applicants must have their application papers submitted by the March 8th deadline.
