TUESDAY:  Partly Cloudy.  Windy & Cold with a High of 45-50.  Winds W/NW 15-25.

TUE NIGHT:  Variable Clouds & Cold.  Low 25-30.

WEDNESDAY:  Gradual Clearing.  Windy & Colder with a High Near 40.  Winds SW/NW 15-25.
