Bluegrass Fest Entertaining Folks in Owensboro

One of Owensboro's signature festivals kicked off Thursday. The annual "Bluegrass Returns to its Roots" event even has a few new highlights this year. In the past, the Executive Inn hosted the festival, but this year the RiverPark Center is home to award winning artists and some budding talent. Organizers say they're embracing the change offering new events, all inclusive packages, and big names. The first concert began at 7:30 Thursday night.
