KY Man Indicted in Young Stepson's Death

A Muhlenberg County grand jury returned an indictment against the man accused in the abusive death of his stepson.
Police say 23 year old Alan Rolley is to blame in the death of 19-month old Kaydon Stewart on March 30th.
The child's grandmother brought the boy to Muhlenberg Community Hospital when the child became unresponsive.
Emergency room doctors say the Kaydon's forehead was bruised and the skull fractured.
He died from blunt force trauma to the head.
The trial date has not been set.
