A Henderson teen is in jail for having more than fifty pornographic pictures of kids on his cell phone. Police found out about it when the teen sold his cell phone on e-bay and left the images on the phones media card. Another Henderson teen bought the phone, saw the photos and called police. At just nineteen, Justin Tyler Evans may be facing fifty three felony charges. Police took him into custody on Friday believing they have enough probable cause to take the case to the grand jury. Detective Shane Onstott says "It appeared that he had downloaded some of them from a nudist colony website. There were girls between the ages of 8 and 13 in a line and they were holding up numbers like they were in a beauty pageant." Justin Tyler Evans confessed to Detective Onstott he had downloaded pornographic photos of young girls. He had tried to cover it up, telling Onstott he bought the media card from a friend. The story quickly fell through. When Onstott approached Evans at his home, Evans actually invited the detective in to search the computer for himself. With Evans sitting right there, Onstott found photos. Evans wasnt taken into custody until Friday because Onstott wanted to see if there could be more charges. He says he is waiting on some specialists to come in and do a forensic analysis on it to make sure Evans wasnt trafficking any photos." There were actually ninety-five obscene photos on the phone but the other forty two didnt show explicit nudity. Evans cant be charged for those.
