The Tell City Marksmen are the number-six team in our annual FOX 7 Top 7 high school football poll. Head coach John Elliott says people tend to forget about the Marksmen, but not us. Elliott, now in his third year at Tell City, should have his best team yet. The Marksmen are coming off a 6-4 season, their first winning campaign in four years. With 15 seniors, including talented quarterback Tyler Henning, these guys are poised to take their rebuilding process even further. Tell City kicks off the 2007 season at Mt. Vernon on Friday night, August 17th. Hear what the Marksmen have to say about the season. And the IU basketball recruits entertained the fans at North Daviess High School on Tuesday night.
