Making Pumpkin Pie at The Pie Pan

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 T pumpkin spice
2 large eggs
1 can 100% Pure Libby's Pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix sugars, salt, pumpkin spice in a small bowl. In a large beat eggs, add in pumpkin, than add sugar mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350, bake 40-50, or until knife pulls out cleanly.
