Evansville Police are on the scene of an armed robbery at Subway on Lincoln Ave.

The UE campus was put on lockdown for 30 minutes but the lockout has been lifted.

The robbery happened around 9:15 Friday night.

Police say the suspect matches they same description as the man who robbed the Subway back in April, ironically, also on a Friday night.

We're told no injuries were reported as a result of the robbery.

We will have more information as it becomes available.
