Updated: May 31, 2012

The fire is out at the Former Emge plant in Fort Branch.
Authorities say the fire started in an elevator shaft around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
Gibson County Fire Chief Mike Sokeland says that people were scrapping metal inside the building and that caused an elevator shaft to catch fire.
The plant has been vacant for years.
It burned down back in 2010.
