The detective says the juveniles, between the ages of 12 and 14, don't have an extensive criminal record. But a former neighbor says this isn't the first time this group of young people has caused problems.
Steve Buchanon says he has seen the juveniles throwing rocks through factory windows on numerous occasions. Factory owner Donnie Greenwell also says he suspects the teens are responsible for damage his building has sustained in the past. Greenwell says he believes this is just a case of kids being kids that ended tragically for his business.
The detective in charge of the investigation tells Eyewitness News they plan on filing those charges on the four juveniles by the end of the week.
