Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the death of a Pike County man pulled from the Wabash River near Vincennes Saturday.  At least seven local agencies responded after calls that a man, 44-year-old James Dillard of Winslow was in the Wabash River yelling for help.  Officials say Dillard appeared tired and went under water.  After about 15 minutes, crews located him with dragging equipment.  Willard was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, where he was later pronounced dead.
