Hopkins County officials are looking for an inmate they say escaped from a community service job. Friday afternoon police say Timothy Lee Warner walked away from the Hopkins County Library community service job site in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was last seen wearing khaki pants and a shirt issued by the Hopkins Count Jail. He's 45 years old, 5'5 and weighs 150 pounds, he has blue eyes and is balding, he also has around 30 various tattoos. Hopkins County Jail says Warner is from the Powderly area, and is serving the last year and a half of a previous 10 year sentence for non violent offenses.
